Payment for the trip is to be made through installments. 25% at the time of booking, followed by equal monthly payments on the 1st of each month with full balance due no more than 60 days before departure.
Guests will pay the initial 25% during checkout. They will then sent an invoice for a monthly payment plan which should be activated within 48 hours of receipt.
Worldschooling Central Adventures are covered by a 48-hour change of mind guarantee. Requests for refunds of deposits must be received no later than 48 hours from the time of booking.

We highly recommend all participants take out travel insurance to protect themselves in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Worldschooling Central reserves the right to cancel any adventure because of low registration (required numbers for each trip are displayed here) or events beyond their control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different adventure or receive a full refund.
We recommend refraining from purchasing airfares until we advise you in writing that the trip is full and will run. If an adventure is ever cancelled by us for any reason, you will be notified immediately and will receive a complete refund of all fees, less any incurred PayPal or bank transfer fees. If cancellation is required, Worldschooling Central is not responsible for any expenses (travel or lodging) incurred beyond the registration fees.
